Shipping:

All purchases are packed with expert care & ship within 48 hours of purchase.  We ship using Canada Post & USPS.  Most purchases include full insurance coverage. Please contact us for more information or if you have unique delivery requests.  

Local Pickup:

All purchases are available for FREE local pickup. We'll notify you when your order is ready. Please note that most items on ShopRetrosaurus are not available for viewing in store. 

Returns:

Due to the nature of the hobby, only certain items may be returned.  We offer a full money back guarantee (within 7 days of purchase) for all defective video games & video game consoles. All other items are final sale.  We're happy to answer questions about any of our items before you make your purchase.
